What is service integration and why is it important?
The essence of integration is to connect several independent websites, portals or services that have open APIs to collaborate and exchange data. This capability opens unlimited possibilities for optimizing your business.
Examples of situations in which integration helps you:
Example 1. On your website, there are contact forms where clients enter their name, phone number, and write a short comment. After clicking the “send” button, the information is sent to an email address. However, this is often not enough for many reasons: poorly configured server – emails are not sent, rarely use email, you want submissions to be added to CRM, Google Sheets, or sent via a Telegram bot….
