Monthly limit: We can set a maximum monthly budget. If the workload exceeds the limit, the extra tasks are moved to the next month. If there are not many tasks, the minimum agreed technical support package is paid for.

MINI is designed for simple one-page sites such as business cards and blogs. It covers essential WordPress updates, backups, 24/7 monitoring, small content edits and a monthly report. BASIC and STANDARD support 1–3 websites (including multilingual ones). They include everything from MINI, plus extended security, performance optimisation, SEO and website development (new pages and translations). STANDARD additionally emphasises speed, SEO and continuous content growth.
WooCommerce MINI is basic support for one small store: updates, monitoring, weekly cart and payment tests, minor changes and a monthly report.
