No. We will activate the license key linked to your domain name in our account which has an agency license. You can contact us for technical questions, and in case of questions that we are unable to answer, we will forward the request to WPML support. If you ever want to switch from us to support directly by WPML – this is possible.

What is WPML Lifetime, and is it an official license?
The name WPML Lifetime refers solely to our own AroksDS service and is not a separate commercial plan offered by WPML. We provide updates based on our active WPML account (Agency/Lifetime), in accordance with WPML’s official terms and conditions. Officially, WPML discontinued the sale of Lifetime licenses in 2018. However, as an agency, we can activate WPML on your site, granting you perpetual access to updates.
We use our WPML account exclusively for projects that we actually build and maintain for clients. We do not sell access to WPML separately or as a hosting add-on—the licence is used only as part of a full multilingual-site implementation service.
