Our collaboration with Grand Work Service began in 2022 with the creation of a multilingual website on WordPress. Such projects are usually carried out in several stages. First, we developed the website in the primary language – Polish – using the licensed premium theme “Be.” Once all structural and design requirements were approved, we integrated and configured the WPML plugin, which allowed us to translate the website into Russian and English.
The site is hosted on our server. From time to time, the client contacts us with requests to update or further develop the website, as well as for consultations or assistance with other digital tasks.
For instance, today we dedicated time to investigating why there was a user license limitation in Google Workspace. It turned out that in July 2024, all Google Domains users became Squarespace customers due to an agreement between Google and Squarespace, wherein Google sold its domain registration service along with associated customer accounts from Google Domains. After the transaction, all Google Domains users were transitioned to Squarespace. The limitation was resolved after activating the consent for the transfer from Google to Squarespace as a reseller of Google Workspace services. This was a rather interesting experience for us, and the insights from this case may be valuable to a broader audience.
