Meta provides a free, native integration that allows you to connect Lead Ads forms directly to Google Sheets. Every new lead will appear automatically in your spreadsheet — with no Zapier, no Make, no scripts. Just a one-time setup.
Below is a complete step-by-step guide.
1. Where to find CRM Setup in Meta
- Open Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager.
- Go to Forms / Lead Ads Forms.
- Select the CRM Setup tab.
This is where the Google Sheets connection is configured.
2. Selecting Google Sheets as your CRM
- In the Get leads delivered automatically section, open the CRM dropdown.
- Choose Google Sheets.
- Click Sign in with Google and authorize the connection.
Meta will gain permission to write data into your spreadsheet.
3. Create a new integration
- After authorizing Google, you will see the section Integration with Google Sheets.
- Click New Integration.
4. Connect your spreadsheet (Connect URL)
Paste the URL of your Google Sheet.
Important:
• the sheet must be accessible from your Google account;
• the first row should contain column headers (Meta will create them automatically after the test lead is sent).
Click Next.
5. Select the form (Select form)
- Choose the target worksheet.
- Select the Lead Ads form you want to connect.
- Meta will show a preview of the form with its fields.
- Click Connect.
6. Run the integration test
Meta checks the connection to ensure no leads are lost.
1) Send a test lead
Click Send Test Lead — a new row will appear in your spreadsheet.
2) Update lead_status manually
A new column lead_status will appear.
Change its value from CREATED to Interested (or any other value).
3) Confirm the update
Go back to Meta and click Confirm Update.
After successful validation, click Finish.
7. What happens next
Each new lead will automatically appear in your spreadsheet with:
– form data (name, phone, email),
– ad name, ad set name, campaign name,
– form_id, form_name,
– lead_status,
– platform,
– organic/paid flag.
Your sheet becomes a lightweight CRM.

Perfect for:
• marketers and agencies avoiding extra costs for tools like Zapier or Make,

And it is 100% free.
